Chinese and Tuition Course for Students
UILCTI offers one month Chinese and Tuition course to the students both in summer and in winter vacation.
The given tuition will be as follows:

The Institute has hired most experienced teachers who are having a minimum teaching experience of 5 years, where most of them have mastered qualification and some even PHD.
Fees Structure:
Tuition for Preliminary Exam & RCSE Main Exam.
For graduates students the institute is going to offer tuition for the preparation of their preliminary exam and main exam. The institute also has most experienced resource persons who has been giving tuition to the newly graduated students for the past five years.
- Preliminary Examination

GUIDING COURSE
The Guide Course will be conducting four times in a year, the Institute also gives Basic Chinese Language Course/ Buddhism course for one month as a compliment.
Chinese Language certificate will be giving if you successfully completes the course.
The Chinese course will be teaching both in speaking and writing character.
SEPARATE CHINESE COURSE
Chinese Mandarin practical audiovisual materials consists (b)(volume 1 )
Basic Level 1: The basic level 1, course consists of total training duration of
6 weeks * 2:30 hours a day on weekdays(Monday to Friday). Master more than 307 basic vocabularies, 443 words and 42 sentence structures.
Basic Level 2: The basic level 2, course consists of total training duration of 6 weeks * 2:30 hours a day on weekdays(Monday to Friday). Master more than 307 basic vocabularies, 443 words, learning 77 new characters in writing and 43 sentence structures.
Lay a foundation of knowledge about Chinese Mandarin language and basic culture. The main objective of the course is to achieve learning of basic necessary vocabulary, Dharma words, simple verbs and sentence structures, and comfortably communicate as quickly as possible such as self introduction, receiving guests, at airport, hotel, restaurants, shops, temples, museum etc.
- Chinese Mandarin Intermediate Level
Mandarin practical Audio-Visual materials consists (b)(volume 1)
So, after 3 months of basic study the intermediate level course consists of total training duration of 12 weeks * 2:30 hours per day on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Master more than 450 vocabularies, 453 words, learning 78 new character writing and 125 sentence structures.
- Chinese Mandarin Advance Level(volume 2) and Iconography
The Advance level and Iconography course consists of total training duration of
16 weeks * 2:30 hours per day on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
The main textbook written in 723 words grammar places.
Introduce grammar points used in the article within 67.
Textbook presentation, idioms and slang along with “read and talk to discuss culture appreciation” and other projects.

About Khenpo Ugyen Tashi (PhD in Tibetan Buddhism )
Khenpo Ugyen Tashi has completed his studies successfully from Zhemgang Monastery and Takse Ningma Higher Buddhist Research Centre (Gangtok Sikkim, India) and also awarded the rank of Khenpo (PhD in Tibetan Buddhist).
Khenpo also studied Chinese speaking and writing step by step,and translation skill from Tibetan to Chinese, Chinese religions and computer program in Dharma Drum Mountain University, Taipei (Taiwan) for the period of 6 years.
Khenpo’s experience:
- Khenpo served as a Teacher for Rituals program in Zhemgang Dratsang Since 1980~1985 .
- Khenpo served as a Teacher in Darthang Nyingma Institute in Nepal Since 1994~1995 , followings are the subjects which are Khenpo taught.
- Khenpo served as a Teacher in Nyingma Institute Taktse, Sikkim (India),
since 1996~1999, followings are the subjects which are Khenpo taught.
- Khenpo served as a Teacher in Jalsa Monestery in Solo Khumbu Nepal,
In 2000. Followings are the subjects which are Khenpo taught.
Khenpo Ugyen Tashi has spend more than 15 years of his live in Taiwan, studied Chinese Mandarin for 6 years and after his study he had been teaching Buddhism to Chinese people for 8 years. Hence, he can Read, Write and Speak Chinese Mandarin more fluently.
